About Us – JL599: The Philippines' Trusted Online Casino

Our Story

From a Simple Idea to the Philippines' Go-To Gaming Platform

jl599 didn't start with a boardroom full of suits. It started with a group of Filipinos who loved gaming and kept running into the same frustrations — slow withdrawals, confusing interfaces, and platforms that clearly weren't designed with the Filipino market in mind. So we decided to build something better.

We launched jl599 with one goal: create an online casino that actually works the way Filipino players need it to. That meant accepting GCash and Maya from day one, building a mobile experience that doesn't require a flagship phone, and putting together a support team that speaks your language — literally and figuratively.

Since those early days, jl599 has grown into one of the most recognised gaming brands in the country. From Manila to Mindanao, players from all walks of life come to jl599 for their daily dose of entertainment — whether that's a quick spin on JILI Slots during their commute, a live roulette session on a Friday night, or a PBA bet during the Commissioner's Cup.

But growth hasn't changed our core. We're still that same team that wants every Filipino player to feel welcome, valued, and taken care of every time they log in.

"Our mission is to give every Filipino player a safe, fair, and genuinely fun gaming experience — no matter where they are or what device they're on."

That's the commitment jl599 makes to every single member. It's not a slogan on a wall — it's the standard we hold ourselves to every day, from the games we choose to offer, to how quickly we process your winnings, to how our support team handles your questions at two in the morning.

Today, jl599 serves hundreds of thousands of active players across the Philippines, with a growing game library, a reliable payout track record, and a support team that's consistently rated highly by our community. And we're not slowing down — the best is still ahead.

Phase 1 – Launch

jl599 Goes Live

jl599 launched with a focused game library of slots and card games, GCash deposits from day one, and a mobile-first interface. The response from early Filipino players was immediate and overwhelming.

Phase 2 – Expansion

Sports Betting & Live Casino Added

We expanded to cover PBA basketball betting, boxing markets, and introduced HD Live Dealer tables — roulette, baccarat, and blackjack — bringing the Casino Filipino feel to players' phones.

Phase 3 – Community

Referral Program & Loyalty Rewards Launch

The jl599 Refer-a-Friend programme launched, letting kabayan earn real PHP rewards for every friend they brought on board. Our loyalty cashback system went live around the same time, giving regular players consistent value.

Phase 4 – Scale

500,000 Members Milestone

jl599 crossed 500,000 registered players across the Philippines — a milestone that reflects the trust and loyalty of our community. We added Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph support, and expanded our 24/7 support team significantly.
